根据TIPS当前维护团队的消息，维护团队将在9月末将TIPS切换到新的区块链。gate.io需要征求用户的意见,以平台用户投票方式决定是否与开发团队进行对接换币事宜。

TIPS的原代币总量约为5000亿，换币后的新币的总量为1000亿，新币当中的10%会用于以“50旧TIPS：1新TIPS”的比例进行换币，10%团队预挖会用于未来的发展、市场和空投，剩余的80%将会用于社区的10年挖矿。如果进行换新币后的10%没有兑换完成，将会进行销毁新币以至于达到平衡的比例。
以下几点信息请用户作为投票参考：
1，老的TIPS区块链已经接近挖矿产出枯竭，如果不进行兑换，会面临无开发团队维护和51%算力攻击的风险。
2，当前维护团队的切换方案，相当于币总量扩容10倍，其中10%预挖用于团队开支，10%用于换币。另外80%用于后续10年挖矿奖励保护区块链网络。
