过去三年，ETH的供应量增加了4000万

欧洲央行：稳定币易受监管不确定性的影响
8月29日，欧洲央行发布了一份专门讨论稳定币的新论文，将稳定币描述为数字价值单位，它不是任何特定货币的形式，而是依赖一套稳定工具，以尽量减少价格波动。欧洲央行表示，由于缺乏监管的不确定性，具有明确治理框架的稳定币可能会受到阻碍。具体而言，欧洲央行概述了四种主要类型的稳定币，包括那些被规定为代币化资金的稳定币、链下抵押稳定币、链上抵押稳定币和算法稳定币。根据欧洲央行的数据，目前至少有54个稳定币项目，其中24个正在运营。稳定币的总市值从2018年1月的15亿欧元增加到了2019年7月的43亿欧元，几乎翻了两番。

美国SEC指控Bitqyck及创始人运营未注册的数字资产交易所
