Ava Labs总法律顾问：Howey测试适用于安排，而不适用于代币:金色财经报道，AvaLabs的总法律顾问Lee Schneider周三在巴塞罗那的Avalanche峰会上表示，监管机构和行业成员需要停止对代币适用Howey测试，并开始关注安排。当涉及到对单个代币进行分类时，它实际上需要搞清楚事物的性质是什么，任何东西都可以被代币化，但不是所有的代币都是一样的，如稳定币、NFT等代币化资产，以及与BTC和ETH。
