据悉，黄某与某汽车公司签订的《汽车销售合同》约定以虚拟货币尤里米作为货币支付的方式购车，但因汽车公司延迟交付，黄某将汽车公司诉至法院。黄某认为，尤里米是虚拟商品，本案属于“以货换货”性质，不违反禁止性规定，故合同有效。
