PayPal遭黑客攻击，近3.5万用户资料或泄露:1月28日消息，PayPal通报美国缅因州（Maine）检察长办公室，表示他们于去年12月20日发现遭受黑客攻击，并在调查后认为事件发生于12月6日到8日期间。PayPal指黑客发动凭证填充攻击，受影响用户总数为34942人。

PayPal指出，攻击或导致客户资料泄露，包括：姓名、地址、安全码、个人税籍资料、电话及生日。但PayPal强调，暂未有发现任何用户个人信息遭盗用。PayPal又提及，目前已为受影响用户提供24个月的信用盗用监控服务。

PayPal补充，本次事件并非PayPal系统漏洞，主要是用户重覆在不同服务或网站使用同一组帐号、密码组合，令黑客可从其他地方窃取、购得或取得用户帐号、密码等，再以大量帐号及密码组合，破解PayPal帐号。[2023/1/29 11:34:25]

报告：全球第二季度卖空交易激增，空头获利超30%:7月27日消息，鉴于市场上弥漫的看跌情绪，第二季度做空交易者明显大幅增加。这种策略允许交易员试图从资产价格下降中获益，这是在市场下跌的背景下发生的。

事实上，根据7月27日交易和投资平台Capital.com的最新“Pulse”报告，2022年4月1日至2022年6月30日期间在该平台上执行的所有交易数据，38%的交易员在2022年第二季度进行了空头交易，比上一季度增加了34%。

GoPlus Security：ArbitrumGas费飙升系L2本质上使用竞价模型，部分费用用户越多越贵:6月29日消息，针对今日ArbitrumGas费飙升，GoPlusSecurity撰文分析称，本质原因是L2也是使用竞价模型。具体而言，L2的费用分两部分，一部分是L1数据提交费，另一部分是L2本身sequencer的运行费用。第一部分理论上是人越多，均摊到每个人的费用越便宜；第二部分则是人越多越贵。“虽然知道L2运行费用理论上有可能很高，但实践中从没见过。这次Arbitrum奥德赛活动太火了，直接导致L2的费用居然可以高到比L1还高。”

GoPlus Security表示，“实际上只要对运算收费，所有的L2都会存在这个问题。所以对各家L2项目来说，这是必须优化的。”在解决方案方面，GoPlus Security认为L2主要有两个选择，一是优化计费模型，二是降低Computational的实际成本，比如Nitro。（Medium）[2022/6/29 1:40:11]
